Designer and Filmmaker
Pablo Ferro has managed to create his own language which is burned into our minds' eye. Thanks to credit titles for films such as Dr. Strangelove, Bullitt, Men in Black or The Thomas Crown Affair, he has become one of the definitive pillars of audiovisual design and a key reference for fans of the genre. Master of typography and assembly, unlike so many others, Ferro is capable of understanding the potential of music in relation to images, creating iconic pieces like the original trailer for A Clockwork Orange, to the point of being qualified by Stanley Kubrick as "a genius".
At 76 years of age and still active, we will have the pleasure of enjoying his participation during Broad.cat International 2011 with a live video-conference via his studio in Los Angeles. The experience promises to be unique and our public will also be able to communicate and engage in dialogue with the designer.
